If you have spent any time at all on youtube or facebook or twitter for that matter then chances are you have seen videos from the AutoTune the news guys. Some of their most popular videos include "Bed Intruder" "best nascar prayer ever" and other crazy videos! Their app that has been available for IOS devices "Songify" is now available to the pure masses on Android. I think eventually we will see a turn and devs will develop first on Android.

I was glad to see the app being available for Android but when I saw the permissions it asked for I stopped dead in my tracks. Why would an app like this need permissions like READ SENSITIVE LOG DATA, MODIFY GLOBAL SYSTEM SETTINGS and everyones favorite READ PHONE STATE AND IDENTITY. I'll consider installing it when these permissions get addressed. Maybe I'm a bit paranoid about my data but that's just me.
