This is a modded note 2 Popup Browser for Galaxy S3 should work on any Touchwiz ROM

It is selectable from app drawer

Saves in recents

Available in Multiwindow app selector

Fully resizable long press on bottom right corner drag to size

I originally did this mod as a request and after using it myself I thought it might be useful to more people. Try it out and let me know what you think
