Wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem. I have tried to purchase a couple of new Apps on the Market but my orders either get put on hold or cancelled. I have used this same card many times and have even updated the info with another card and get same results. Yes both accounts have money in them. Not sure if it's just me or have others come across this. Thanks.

I notice issues with the transaction when the vendor is out of the country. My card company will put a hold on the transaction until they can verify I am actually making the purchase and that it isn't a fraudulent transaction. I don't mind the minor inconvenience.

Same here. Out of country freezes up.
