Ive been told by some that app killers are pointless, others swear by them. The few I have toyed with left me sceptical. FORUM...PLEASE HELP ME PUT AN END TO THE CONFUSION! Post favorite/best app killing programs and please cite your reasons. Thanks in advance, All.

PLEASE HELP ME PUT AN END TO THE CONFUSION!
If the other threads haven't definitely answered this then how will this one? Same answer as always:

If you're using properly coded apps you don't need an task killer. If you're stuck with using a problem app then you might find one useful but even then you don't need a task killer to kill apps. A task killer is just a duct tape solution. The problem is always a bad app and that should be addressed directly.

Autokilling is an especially good way to kill your battery.

Most of the former threads should indicate this.
