App Group Glitch

I have shortcuts for several groups of Apps on my home screens.
I've noticed that sometime when rotating the screen the current folder resorts back to "All Apps".
Sometimes it doesn't, it'll stay on that group no matter what I do.

Not a major issues.. it just seems like its working against. Every time I want to utilize the fact that it changes on flip, it never does. And when I don't want it to it does.

Also, is there anyway to set the applications shortcut on the dock to open "all applications"
I hate pressing that button and going to the last group that was open.

Anyone else experience this?
Not sure if its a D3 thing, an Android thing or is my phone buggy.

Yeah, it just started happening. Im not sure how to fix it, but it is very annoying.

okay so it was all good just a week ago, and through troubleshooting... nothing. i tried the auto rotate...nothing. battery pull... nothing, and even uninstalling all the apps i loaded on the device... nothing. Im thinking its a software issue and can only be fixed with an update. Last resort is resetting the device, but thats a procedure i want to avoid. If anyone has a solution or logical explanation as to how this happened, i would gladly appreciate it.
