app for search Attachment from email

Hello you all,
There is an easy way to find files that sent to me from my email (Gmail & Exc)
I want an app that center all the attachments files that send to me from my emails

I'm not certain I understand your question/problem. Your E-Mail app "should" be putting all incoming attachments in the same place but, as I said, I may not be getting the question.

I can not find any e-mail attachments, where it should be?
I heard there is an app that concentrates all e-mail attachments and allows me to search specific file Including, But I do not know what her name...

Many E-Mail apps allow you to specify where attachments will be saved but some/most will put them in the downloads folder. Use a file manager like ES File Explorer to do a search if you know the name of the file.
