App for Notification vibrations?

I know there are several for SMS and phone calls, but is there an app that lets you adjust the vibration for notifications?

Smart Vibrator is a free app that let's you create and edit your own vibration patterns for each notification type. It's kind of like morse code. Easy to use and does exactly what it claims to do.
