App for Music Creation/Making?

Hello, everyone. I believe this is the best available forum for such a question, but...

I was wondering if there are any apps for music creation or music making? Not even like super-complicated, but... Maybe simple two- or three-track things. Piano, Drums, Guitar... I dunno. I tried searching, but I can't really find anything. I was wondering if perhaps I'm just missing something/not quite searching for the right thing. XD.

Now is when i find out the rules about bumping. haha.

i've seen a few programs in the app market, but i figured someone on here may have already looked into this and, hopefully, found something good.

Try ULoops. Never used it myself but my friend says its alright.
