app for ghosts on photo

some girl take a photo with samsung galaxy III and got a scary girl ghost in it... and its obvious that come from an app that do that... I think its kind of prank... now they start to believe thats is a ghost... so i try to prove that all of that is bull****... and want to find the app that make the effect or maybe the original ghost photo
so i attached the photo... if any one recognise it

I have no idea where the original image comes from but since it appears in a photo a friend sent me today, it's definitely fake
