App data storage

So, a few apps I have do not have an export option. Angry Birds, for example. I was thinking about getting a new Thunderbolt but don't want to lose my stars, etc.

I have the ASTRO browser, does anyone know where apps store their data on the phone so I can back it up, even if the app does not include a backup option?

I believe My Backup Pro will do this if you are not rooted.
