So I have installed Extended Controls app. If I have disabled both Wifi and APN using their respective toggles, the APN eventually finds its way back to turn on. I tried during off autosync as well but the APN reestablishes itself. So basically it seems like the toggle only works to temporarily turn off APN. Is there a way to permanently turn off the APN connections without it auto turning on?
