AOSP mail settings on Apex

Just flashed to Apex 1.4.1 and am loving it! I am using the Corporate account option to sync with exchange and it's working better than the blur app did.

I'd like to see my signature on replies. Is this an option somewhere that I'm missing?

Also, any way to compose with HTML mail formatting like the blur app?
