Anyone seen an app that does...

I have been searching for an app that will let me record conversation with the touch of one of the buttons. There are plenty that record using a widget.. but that requires the screen to be active.

Also.. anyone know if its possible to change the background in the app dock(or what ever its called.. where you see all your program icons)?

Doesn't the launcher do that? I mean to me it's basically the same thing.
