I just got it.I Love this JB OTA update,it's really cool.
For those wondering, I was able to re-root after updating using this method: [ROOT][TOOL][2012-07-24] GS3DebugFSRoot: Root the Verizon GSIII without flashing - xda-developers

It is not the JB update. I also received mine, I updated it manually by checking for updates.

Mine kept failing also. I had to install the original modem as I had flashed the modem I found on XDA. After I flashed back, OTA installed without a hitch.
I assume your rooted right? And it installed ok and you didnt lose root?

Yes it is,it's 4.0.4.I know everything there is about Android.

4.1 is Jellybean, 4.0.4 is still ice cream sandwhich. Are you sure you know everything about Android?

I recieved mine. Haven't noticed anything, must be a minor update.
