anyone know where the 'cache' folder is located so i can drop a .nomedia in it????

I am getting tired of seeing all beautiful widgets n other programs cache pictures does anyone know where this folder is located so i can drop a .nomedia in it so it doesnt show in the gallary???? anyone? driving me NUTS!
