Anyone Else notice this?

I was trying to USB tether on 2.2 BB v0.4 to my laptop. While the page was loading it quickly jumped to a VZW page asking me to add the tethering plan, then wont let me use the net from my phone until i buy the plan or disconnect from laptop. Once disconnected from laptop, my phone wouldn't turn on and froze up lol. Has this page been around before? I've never got it before.

Thats been an issue in the lastest froyo. Go back to 57 to eliminate it.
