Any way to fix the slide up to ignore incoming call on 3.25?

I'm still on 3.25.2.2... When a call comes in, if I touch the screen, it will pick up. Even if I "slide up to ignore" it still picks up the call. Any suggestions on how I could fix this? Does anyone else have this issue?

I have had issues for a few miui releases now I installed easy answer at that fixed it
