Any way to connect Droid and Blackberry Messenger?

Have several friends with Blackberrys that use Messenger but they won't send texts.

Is there an app that allows Droid to connect with BB Messenger

Short answer - no, and never will be compatible.

Only BB's can be on BBM. You have to have access to RIM's infrastructure and that's not possible without a PIN and a BB data plan.

Best bet is to get your friends to use another messaging app that is cross-platform but that doesn't sound likely in your case if they won't even text.
