Any VZ Owners Without Touch Issues?

My new G4 definitely has the dreaded missed taps that so many people (mostly VZ and TMobile) users have experienced. I can purposely tap the screen light enough, with full contact, without anything registering on the screen, causing all sorts of issues in regular use, as I tend to type and browse around very quickly and lightly.

I plan on exchanging it at VZ tomorrow for another, but I'm wondering, is this phone defective, or are they just all like this?

I'm on AT&T and haven't seen that issue. Sometimes the knock doesn't respond well but once awake I don't have a problem.

Good to hear, hopefully it was just a bad batch of phones and I'll get lucky with a replacement. Fingers crossed! I really do love this phone and its features otherwise, but missed typing and apps not opening the first time is annoying :\
