Any thoughts on phone not docking???

I read the other thread here about the same problem which identified Google Music update as the problem, and I did the suggested fix and removed that app but my phone is still not docking to my computer. I even rebooted the computer and the phone but no luck.

Please, any thoughts or suggestions to fix this problem?
