Any one having problems with downloads

Hello all for the last two days I have been having issue with some apps I attempt to buy the transaction has been declined even though there is more then enough credit available... I call the bank they say there is no limitations card ...now the funny thing is I downloaded another pay app and no problems but Touiteur and WorldwideTime the donate versions are giving me problems any ideas

I assume it has something to do with foreign currency. Can your card do international purchases, I don't think all cards can. I definitely could be wrong on this one.

Its your bank "protecting" you. Or you are using a prepaid card.
