Any idea what this notification icon means?

I just upgraded to ICS, and this notification will not go away. When i drop down the bar, there are no notifications.

Never mind, folks. Just figured it out. It was a persistent notification for the app "notification toggle."

Just in case anyone else runs into that. I don't know why it showed up when i upgraded to ics.
