Notification Bar Customization

First post on droid forums. I have not been able to find anything about how to acknowledge a single notification on my Razr after the ICS upgrade. I will admit one thing I liked about moto blur was the ability to clear out a single notification from the bar with out clearing them all out. Is this possible or is there a way to get this feature back. I am rooted but have not put on any custom rom at this point. I am still on the stock ICS OTA. Thanks.
