anti-theft apps?

what are some good anti-theft apps.? i have avg antivirus, which includes tracking, but i don't need the whole anti-virus thing.

I have not r=tried them but did research and Mobile Defense or Lookout seem very good. 1 if not both will track your phone plus other security features.
