There's another player suing Google over Android. This one is a company called Gemalto. They're claiming they own the patents to use Java as a mobile OS. Since Java is so integral to Android, this obviously has some possible negative implications to big G and our little green pal.

Sounds like Google picked the right color for the Android mascot to me. Now everyone seems to think they're entitled to a share of it! Or, at least, that the lawyers weren't being fed enough.
What does everyone think? Another gimme lawsuit or does this one actually sound like it might take a bite out of Google?
