Just got my Lg Ally yesterday and have already given my gadget a new nickname, went on a downloading spree, and figured it was time to seek the assistance of some droid pros to make my phone the best it can be.
Due to the advice of this forum I've already added systempanel (lite for now), Handcent Sms, Edmondo, Shazam, NESoid (lite again for now).
A question about Handcent: when I get a text, it comes as two texts. One has a call back number after the message and the other just has the message. How can I make it so I only get one text?
Q about NESoid: love the concept, but where can I find the games specifically for the droid?
Things I'm looking for:
:blackdroid: A way to block certain people from calling me. Or at least make their ringtones "silent" no matter what the rest of my phone is doing. In fact lets just make this one: person specific ringtones.
:blackdroid: A dedicated alarm that will make noise even when my phone's on vibrate or silent.
:blackdroid: A weight lifting log book that's easy to use and free. I'm not looking for much more then "muscle, weight, reps, date" kinda thing to replace a notebook.
:blackdroid: An indepth power total widget so I know how much power I've got left before phone death. Also someway to max my battery life.
:blackdroid: if this app even exists... a widget I can use on sundays to get play by play of every football game. I have the standard free nfl app, and have heard they might stream redzone during the season (oh please oh please) but anything where I can get all my fantasy football info in one place would be ever so excellent.
That's all I can think of for now. I'm sure I'll want more later haha.
