Annoying warning about privacy and gps! !

Is there anyway to make it so that everytime I toggle GPS im not getting that stupid location warning wich defeats the purpose of my toggle widget?

dont think so.. i think its something that someone would have to find the code for in GB disable it and then release a custom rom.
