Annoying Defunct Updates

I recently Deleted 2 Apps I didn't really use - Pandora & Adobe Picture editor on my Motorola Droid. I still every day or 2 get an announcement that there are updates for these 2 apps - and really they are just trying to get me to download them again. How do I clear them off my Droid to quit annoying me?

What process did you use to delete them?

I would suggest redownloading them and then use the Market to uninstall.

I will try that - I went into settings originally and told them to uninstall that way - have had zero issues with other things I have uninstalled i the past - just these 2 - Pandora and Adobe have left something hidden to be just plain annoying.
