Angry birds won't install?

Anyone know what is going on with this? Was notified about an update, downloads fine but won't install. Unknown error 18? Not rooted.

AB tries to install to your sd card by default. If you have AB Season's, check Menu, Settings, Applications, SD Card and it is probably there. Move it to your phone for less problems/headaches later.

Good to know. Made me think that I don't want my card exposed to just any app or one! Is there a way to lock the sd card up?
