No, the real version has been released. It's called Angry Birds Lite Beta, and it's the real deal. Been playing it for 20 minutes!
Yep but there is also one called "Angry Birds" which isnt the real one.

Good point Shadez, because my coworker has the Samsung Moment with Android 2.1 and the Official Angry Birds Lite App isn't showing in the Market for him yet but the scam one for $1.99 is, and of course I am happily enjoying the game

Ohhh I gotcha Shadez. Yeah, avoid any app titled angry birds that costs money, because it's free! Make sure you download the one from Rovio and you should be good to go!

Nope, never played it before. I just got done getting 3 stars on every level. Anyone know how many levels are on the iphone version?

Level 4 is super easy, I'm betting you don't know about the blue birds ability. If you tap the screen while the blue birds are in the air, they multiply into sets of 3s. I beat level 4 with one bird.
I just checked on my buddies iphone, there are over 180 levels
