android upgrading...every time

Since I manually installed the ruu for ics every time I reboot the phone it pops up with the android is upgrading. What do I need to do to make it go away?

Remove the PM98IMG.zip file from your sdcard... or at least move it to a subfolder. Assuming you have Fastboot turned off, this will reflash every single time you reboot or turn off/on your phone.

That should fix things right up!

Is it the "Android is updating" black window with a tally of items that are updating? If so then your phone is wiping dalvik on reboot. I would reflash the RUU.

It's the normal black android upgrading window, it just says android upgrading starting applications. I can live with it it's just annoying every time.
