android store gone missing!!

hello, i am rooted....i was playing arroud with kernels and one kernel i got of off Hydra Kernels - Home Page keped on making my phone reboot by itself. so i decited to do a factory reset on it. and everything was good...the only thing is that the android market is no where to be found. some one please help.


can i just unroot and everything would be good?

i am also in the army and am cant really have a coumputer handy at all times. just my phone. so if theres a way that i do not need a computer to fix this it would be cool...thanks​

Are you running a Froyo rom (cyanogen or something of the likes)?

If so, I'll point you to were you can download the froyo gapps.

If not, then you can try installing a new ROM.

Well then what would be the harm in doing what they did in that thread

Like stated in that thread, just delete the other apps that you already have.

im am not running froyo. everything got deleted...the apps...rom manager..everything except the ones that came with the phone...not including the android store. i just want to know how to get it back....thanks for ur help guys
