Android Incredible constant password input problem. Please help!

New Member
My new HTC droid incredible keeps requiring me to put a password in every time my screen times out. My IT department has mentioned it has something to do with our Microsoft exchange Server. Is there anyway around this, or anyway to just do this only once per day?
