Android Device Manger HELP

Ok i have my secondary phone which is an s4 and i changed my password with no problem. Few hours later its not working so i logged into ADM. I hit the lock button on the ADM on my laptop put in a new password and all and nothing. The s4 is not taking my password that i made and i have no idea why and its working fine when i hit ring. I dont no what to do I done a battery pull i done reset i changed the password a few times and nothing. I dont want to do a master reset so if anyone can help please do.

Doesn't sound like you have much of a choice. A factory reset will wipe your password and you can start fresh.
