Android default buttons and Google Search

Someone has added the search button back to the Nexus default buttons....good idea.

Are there any plans for something like this in bugless beast? I tried their .zip file with 4.0.3, but got some UI error and had to restore.
I don't know if they put in the ability to get rid of the Google Search box and allow reclaiming that UI space. Having a search button to bring up Google search would be much less intrusive.

I added a search button on mine and it has a reflection for all the soft keys. It looks great.
