Android AudioNote Equivalent

I'm looking for an Android equivalent to the iPhone application "AudioNote". It has the killer feature I need: AudioNote can make sound recordings even as, and keep them synchronized, note by note, with the text. You’re able to, in effect, relive a lecture or a meeting through both sound and notes. It does what the Pulse pen does, but with typed text versus hand-written text.

Is there such an application for Android, or even Windows for that matter, that you can point me towards.

Please; I know there are many good note applications out. But if it can't keep voice and typed text in sync then I really don't want to hear about it in this thread.

That app really is GREAT

I would love to have an android alternative to this as well. The iPad version of this app is even better cause it give you more room for text.

I would love to have something just like this on Android, cause the one .apk file could run on Phones and tablets!!! with few if any problems. dancedroid
