I'll bring it to work & let it update while I check my messages this morning.

No change. Seems to be running fine just like it was before.

Also, I thought 5.0/.1 was done rolling out. My gf just bought a 2013 nexus 7 via a Groupon deal. It updated to 4.4.3, then 4.4.4 & that was it for updates on it so far.

Google photos on the other hand has all the pics from my phone backed up, so that's actually more useful to me.

One thing that bothers me is that often, I will clean out the camera folder on my phone (Nexus 4), and Photos wants to delete the photos everywhere. Not what I want, as I like being able to access them on the Nexus 7 or the computers. I could not find a setting to change that behavior. I could do it in ES File Explorer, but that is tedious.

Gallery's photo editor was also a little better to work with, IMHO. Although Photos has added in a few features it was lacking in earlier versions.

BTW, nothing about 5.0.2 on the Nexus 4 yet. Mine still seems OK, and battery life with Bluetooth on 24/7 has really been doing well. Only an occasional hiccup here. But the other Nexus 4 in the house just seems to be getting worse, with a lot of unexpected shutdowns. Not even sure what to report as a bug since things just occur randomly.

No 5.0.2 update on my Nexus 7 2012 yet. Still on 4.4.4

So how's 5.0.2 been so far on your Nexus 7 2012 since you posted this? How's battery life?

Just got it on mine but afraid to install

So far, so good, but I've really only used it to read at night, so I can't really comment on battery life.

Check again, I updated my mother's nexus 7 2012 on Saturday to 5.0.2.
Got the update but wouldn't install since my tablet was rooted and had twrp on it. When I tried to install instead of booting into stock recovery it boots into twrp and twrp won't install the ota update. I will have to manually flash .zip file.
