Its not partial..even the 3g and wifi issue has been fixed. New kernals have arrived as well......It is the full release

But right now...no. You MUST be rooted to use this!

Please help I installed froyo successfully however i cannot get into recovery at all. it just restarts and goes into regular phone mode
