Amazon Appstore app uninstall issue

So I got a bunch of paid app's for free from the Amazon Appstore, and a few I didn't care for so I uninstalled them.

Every so often, I assume when there is an update, the app will show back up in my "new" area of the my apps tab. I can't get it to stop showing up there, unless I re-download it and then uninstall it again.

Has anyone else had this happen, and know a way to get unistalled app's to stop showing up there?

i don't think you can. i have found the app store to be pretty unintuitive when it comes to that sort of thing. also, it is way to easy to buy apps on accident. ask me how i know.

its probably something you'll have to deal with until they start to actually fix the problems its got.

Settings /applications /manage applications, go to the all tab, find amazon app store, uninstall. I do this with every app including this one a month back
