I have a Droid Bionic, plain nothing done to it, and after the Jelly Bean update mostly everytime I turn the phone off and back on it changes all my ringtones and notifications that I have set. I have to go back and reset them all. It shows that they are still the way I had them set before the power off but they just use different ones at ramdom. Anyone else have this problem?
