After Battery Pull - Can't reboot

BABLESON

New Member
I did a battery pull due to phone freezing, I tried to reboot and the phone would not reboot. I then plugged into a charger and the Motorla "M" icon appeared and a strange battery icon I have never seen. It was animated, went from 0%, to 60% and 100%. The animation was like liquid inside the battery filling up. About 15 minutes later it rebooted and turned on.

Today (about 3 days later) it happened again and it's been on the charger for a while and nothing.

Any thoughts?

That is strange! I wanna know what that is also. Sorry I don't have an answer but I'm curious. Are you rooted?

ok, i dont know if it was luck or what. Did another battery pull and held down the top button for about a minute with the battery out. Put the battery back in and rebooted. Coincedence or does that help with the hard reset?

I've never heard of that helping. What does help is when you remove the battery and let it sit outside the phone for about a minute, so that might have been it.
