ADW launcher and themes?

Do I have to back up all my stuff to install the launcher and themes or does it not mess anything up?

You wont lose anything. You will have to set your desktop up in ADW as it is a separate launcher from your stock one, but your stock launcher and desktop will still be there.

How do I do that? I still have to download the launcher.

Install the launcher. Setup your desktop just like you do with the stock launcher. It's really easy.

ADW is my new best friend. Ok, second, behind my phone. Don't tell my husband.
The only thing I can't figure out is changing the lock screen wallpaper.
