Adding New Ringtone Issue

Hi Everyone,
Can anyone tell me how to put a new ringtone file into notification folder when the file is write protected? Thanks in advance.
 
I usually put them in the Ringtone folder on the SD card & that's not protected. What folder are you trying to put them in?
