Adding Different Accounts

Alright so I have all email accounts set up except my work email. Every time I go to add it, I get an automated text message from Verizon with some sort of pin number and the page fails to load. What the hell is going on? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What email setup is your work email?

It's an email that has .org at the end.
