Adding a song over a Video from phone

I apologize if this has been covered somewhere else, but is there a way to add your own sound/song/music over a video that was taken on the DX (as an app from the DX?) I know that I-4 does, so i assume Droid has one thats better, I just can't find it.

Maybe there is, but I dont know of any personally. I don't think there are much of any video editing apps...
