Adding a 2nd gmail account

Is there a way I can add a 2nd gmail account to the existing gmail app? Currently, I have added the 2nd account under the email account. Is there a way I can add both to the gmail app? Thanks!

Settings - accounts - add account, create new Google account.

+1. It works great. My primary account is what the phone is linked to but I also get mail from my joint account with my wife (all our home bills and stuff). Just add an account and off you go! Once in the e-mail app you can easily switch between the two.
