Anything longer than 20 seconds and I bail.
I'm not going to watch 1 minute of crap to see a 3 minute clip.
I watch my TV delayed so I can skip the ads.

Totally agree and I'm sure GOOG has done the research and determined 15 seconds is the most they can get away with.

Update:A thread has been discovered on the Chromium project issue tracker detailing this as a bug that needs to be fixed. The bug seems to be related to hosted apps being treated as full extensions. So hopefully in the next few days the ad-blocking override will disappear. Thanks to @Ertraeglichkeit for bringing this to our attention.

Looks like a bug and not intentional?!?!

Google starts punishing AdBlock users with unskippable YouTube video ads | Apps and Software | Geek.com

EDIT/ Looks like Google\YTube unskip ads are 15-30 seconds. Can't say I've seen any 30's yet.
Non-skippable in-stream ads - YouTube Help

They even warn the advertisers: non-skippable in-stream ads have higher video abandonment rates than skippable TrueView in-stream ads.

Probably why you don't see many 30s.
