Activity Pro (launcher Pro) blocking use

Help please!
Updated to 2.2.2 (I believe, going from memory, whichever came out over the weekend) and it locks up stating that Activity LauncherPro (in application Launcher Pro) is not responding, I can't get to my settings to uninstall Launcher Pro.

Is there a way to get to 'Manage Applications' without going through settings?

I can't type either as no keyboard appears...

Can you get to the Market? You could download another launcher (ADW or Go), and then when you go back to your homescreen it should ask you which launcher you want to use. Select one of the non-LP launchers and then see if you can delete LP.
