Activating phone

I am trying to switch from my Droid to my Droid X by using the switch devices feature online at MyVerizon. However, when I click on my phone for which device I am switching, it keeps saying that I am trying to switch my Fathers phone. I have went back and clicked on his and my Mothers phone and it does the same thing...it keeps going to my Father's phone no matter what. Any other ways of doing this?

May have to actually give them a call. I had this issue a couple.years ago ans a phone call gook care of it. Some kind of system.problem on their end.
