acting weird

I need help with my phone. My phone will turn wi fi on open all my apps an I have double apps but the doubles r fake ones. Any suggestions??

Nope have not used none no anti virus no task killer. This is the second phone it happened to within a month!

How often do you reboot? Same apps on both?

I just did a soft reset and verision did a hard reset an it still acts funny!
